FOOD TRUCK SERVICE
Truck Season: May - October
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
A $300 Deposit (+ travel fee if outside of Elgin, IL) is required to reserve the date. This will go towards your final bill.
Minimum Sales Required for booking a Weekday is $1,000+tax and travel.
Minimum Sales Required for booking a Weekend event is $1,200+tax and travel.
Bookings last 2 - 3 hours depending on then number of people expected. The minimum required sales will be raised to $1,500+tax if we serve for longer than 2.5 hours.
Truck needs to park between 30minutes - 1hour ahead of service depending on the event.
We cannot park on mud/grass as we are far too heavy and could sink into the mud.
You will need to choose a menu! We will confirm the meats and seasonal items for your event. Please note, not all proteins can be available at one event. You will need to choose 3 - 6 proteins depending on how many guests are expected!
